Southern Nevada Health District

Body Art Card Requirements For Permanent Makeup + Microblading Artist:

  • Be a minimum of 18 years of age
  • Have a minimum of 6 months experience or training
  • Obtained a score of at least 80 percent on a written examination
  • Possess current certification in infectious disease training

6 Month Apprenticeship: EARN WHILE YOU LEARN

  • Hands On Training- Practice On Live Models With Full Supervision ($100 clinic fee per session) Models Should Be Provided By The Student
